Another rare piece of footage from today’s strike on the Moscow Oil Refinery shows a Ukrainian jet-powered strike drone/missile on its approach to the target. Given the systems reportedly used in the attack, Palianytsia or Bars are the most likely candidates. 20 Sept 2026
