🇵🇱 Riot police are still outside Poland's Constitutional Court this morning, after a night that ended without a dealPresident Karol Nawrocki spent about four hours inside the court overnight, from roughly 1 to 5 AM. At dawn his chief of staff read out his statement to protesters outside:"Tonight there was a violation of the constitutional order of the Republic of Poland and a forcible takeover of a constitutional organ of the state."Nawrocki has called on police to leave the court grounds and says he got the court's Vice-President Bartłomiej Sochański back into the building. He is convening emergency talks with the parliamentary parties today, citing a threat to internal security.Tusk's government isn't backing down. Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek says overnight talks reached "no compromise" and wants prosecutors to look into the president's conduct inside the court.
