Inside Poland's Constitutional Court tonight: a face-off in the corridorMaciej Berek, one of the judges elected by Tusk's parliamentary majority, posted these videos claiming people "introducing themselves as President's Office staff" tried to take the keys to the court's rooms. There's no mention of keys in either clip.In the first, Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, the Tusk-backed judge who declared herself head of the court tonight, tells a man to leave, citing Article 12(4) as her authority. He replies:"You know that everyone, even your own lawyers, has questioned that. You know the president doesn't even recognize you as a judge, let alone as acting head."When she calls herself a guardian of the Constitution, he fires back: "You are not the guardian. Have you ever read the Constitution in your life? Even once?
